Blackberry repai

I am so sick and tired of sending my Blackberry in for repairs! I'm sure I am not the only one experiencing this problem! This is the third time I'm sending my Blackberry in for repairs on the keypad and the scroll button! Now they tell me that I must go to Blackberry and complain about the product, when they are the ones repairing and reissuing REFURBISHED phones!!! Why should I pay for something that is not working? Why must I go to Blackberry to complain about a product that Vodacom is marketing? Why are they issuing refurbished phones? Why can't they issue new phones and send the problematic phones back to the supplier?
