Application for new contract - POOR response

Dear MTN,

I have applied for a contract between Friday, the 6th of September and Saturday, the 7th. I was initially promised a 24-hour turn-around time for me to get the contract or not.

Sunday afternoon I phoned to enquire, as I have not heard anything back. I was then promised to have an answer by Monday the 8th of Sepetember by 12:00. I still received nor response. I phoned once again and they promised to phone me back which never happened. I then drove to the oulet, to which they said they are to busy to check the system for me, I must be patient.

I do not beleive this is the way to be treated by a professional company. Empty promises and poor service would make one consider the competition!
