Pathetic staff and rudeness

Three years my brother in law passed.
Autopage were notified and all documention
Sent to them. After about 6 months the billing and statements
Eventually Stopped. Then much to our surprise
This year The acounts started coming again. After about
Twenty phonecalls and two emails - still no response though.

I gave up and then I get a call looking for my in law.
The agent calls my number and insists on speaking
To him (passed 3yrs ago) but what really angers me, there
Was no introduction of herself - this I find rude.

No apologies given - asked to speak to a supervisor
The answer: what.

Has autopage no pride or dignity even sympathy???

Such pathetic service
