Losing signal on the R33

Every time I drive on the R33 between Modimolle and Vaalwater (which is almost daily) the calls drop and signal is lost. Its between 40 and 50 km north of Nylstroom MOdimolle.
When I tried to send a message on the MTN website it does not allow me to enter information in their blocks! Pathetic.
Can someone tell me wher eto complain about signal and coverage and WILL THEY DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT?
