Worst service i have ever come across!!!

I took my iphone 4s in for repairs last year and when i got the quote for the repairs i thought it was ridiculous and asked my phone to be returned. when i went in to collect my phone, they had lost my phone, no one had any idea where it was i struggled for more than a week to get a new phone. Where not one of the employee's ever phoned me back, even after they all promised me they would, i never spoke to any manager because he never seemed to be there when i was there, they always had another excuse. When i finally got the new phone, it was given to me just like that, not in a box and no apology was made by anyone. I thought i was finally rid of these people until i realized that they had given me a 16GB and i pay for a 32GB on my contract, but the receipt they had given me states that i have indeed received a 32GB. I have tried to phone them again and yet again no one has phoned me back. The people at vodacom cresta have put me through and back, i have been to, treated like this was all my fault and i think something needs to be done because this is by far the worsed customer service i have ever received in my life. And I am still waiting for my phone!!
