Cell C in Grahamstown

I live in the Grahamstown area, and have bought two Cell C USB modems, loaded with data valid for a year.. I have had them for 11 months, and find that more or less the whole of this year they have been so slow as to be useless - the browser times out repeatedly while waiting for data, and this happens with all websites. Once in a Blue Moon it works OK, it may be when the Rhodes students are away.

We don't have a Cell C agent in Grahamstown, so (months ago) I contacted Port Elizabeth, who were polite but did not do anything that helped (spoke to Shenton on two occasions, once face to face, also Sipokhazi). Please Cell C upgrade your network, my data will expire on 1 October and i have hardly used it, have had no value at all.
