Cell C
Dead and locked away phone surfs the net

I have a phone with cell c that has been locked away for 6 months where only I can find it.
It haven't been switched on in six months, yet suddenly i found incredible amounts of internet going off this phone. No calls, its OFF, but loads of internet and some subscriber service.
It has not ONCE been connected to the GSM network.
There is NO second level support at cell C. I get cut off each and every time we ask for a higher level support and each and every time we start explaining all over again.
They can see i wasn't connected, yet i have to pay for something i didn't and couldn't possibly do!!!
Forget about getting Cell C to show you a GSM connectivity report. Its simple assumeptions that if its there i must have used it. I DID NOT.
Like talking to a wall.
Do they even HAVE managers there? Doesn't sound like it.
