Telkom blocks clients from cancelling accounts

I have a broadband account that I have been trying to cancel since 2 May 2013 and 5 months down the line Telkom is still billing me for it. I have called numerous times and sent numerous e-mails and all Telkom does is shunt me form pillar to post and cut me off and/or not respond to my e-mails - this is totally unacceptable - if this broadband account is not cancelled effective 2 May 2013 within 48 hours then I am going to log a formal complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman
