Worst Customer Service EVER

My father and I have been trying to open up a contract will Cell C via the menlyn store
I would love to tell you the name of the person responsible but she never bothered to give us her name.
EVERYTIME we go there she tells us a different story or another form we have to fill out (because you know, telling people everything they need to do at once is just too much to ask for)
THEN she and told us that she'd sent several emails, phone calls and emails.
We have NO record of this
The only person that bothered to help me after me trying to find out what the was going on is a man named Jan-Paul. Who i emailed back with the outstanding documentation. She told me she was using Jan-Paul's email address.
Uhm, no, she wasn't, because she would have received the "final form" I sent through ON FRIDAY that she asked for today (which i have a delivery report for on both my cellphone email and my laptop.)

Shame on you Cell C. Shame on you! You have incompetent people working for you!
I have cancelled my contract today, which was ironically enough registered on your system already? Hm. Fancy that.
