Pathetic service from Cell C - The EXPLOITER

Hello. Some time towards the end of Nov 2012 i took up a Cell C contract through the call center (Molefi was the representative) and was told it was going to be a month to month contract. That proved to be a blatant when i was not receiving prompting msgs to renew the contract as promised. I have raised this matter with Cell C countless times since February 28th and well, NOTHING seems to be done about it. I constantly get told the matter is being escalated everytime i call and yet no one actually helps me. I've tried emails with the hope that perhaps these phone call queries are not taken seriously but nothing. Sophia (from customer care) even admitted to have seen on her system my emails are received but it's very puzzling that no one has taken action yet. It's the 14nth May with still no feedback/some form of communication. I keep paying for this contract in fear that if i don't, it ruins my credit record. I feel like i've been kept at ransom by an exploiter... Cell C, your service is really pathetic! i'd really rather pay more with other networks and rely on the fact that they respect that i am customer and most of all A PERSON!!!
