Hi, I am very upset with you and how you handled the upgrade. I upgraded in June, to date I don't have the phone but i'm being billed for it. I called you numerous times and still have no satisfactory response. Today at 9h15 a.m I called 808 and was transferred to the upgrade department where I spoke to Mabuyi Makhathini who is a, very rude and lacked telephone etiquette. I had to force her to escalate my query to a manager rather than sending a message to the sales person who clearly wasn't doing their job since June. She said she was sending the message to a manager in JHB called Mxolisi but upon probing further she said she was only sending it to Lavandra Naidoo. The other problem I have is your delivery company, they said they will call me before delivering which they did not so obviously I will not be home when they just pitch up without an appointment, I hope you sort this out with them. I also requested my July/Aug itemized billing statement, to date I'm still waiting. Ntombifuthi Ramasodi sent me a part statement on the 23rd August, when I requested a complete statement she said I must call the billing department myself!!!
