Awful service - second report and still nothing

Incredibly bad service! I went into Nashua Mobile Sandton City between 1 and 6 times over the past year, if not before. I handed in a device which was new and was advised that a credit would be made to my account in excess of around R3000 as the mobile handset was worth at least double that amount. As I am extremely busy I did not follow up, having expected no less from the branch. A few months later I went in whilst in the area and was advised that R300 had been credited to my account - and this after being advised as per the above and NOT having follow up.

Therefore Nashua Mobile took it upon themselves to pay me what they assumed the mobile handset was worth after advising me of what payment would be. I again at some stage attended their branch and was advised that they would try and source the new handset I had left with them and get back to me. I am STILL waiting for feedback or the credit I was offered.

I am extremely unimpressed with their VERY unprofessional service. I expect this to be dealt with soonest.
