I called MTN this morning as there seems to be a problem with my Blackberry network. I called and spoke to Lerato who has absolutely no telephone etiquette whatsoever. Her tone is unacceptable. She asked me 5 security questions and then asked me who i worked for which i thought was not a security question as the current nature of my job is confidential, i didn't see the need to tell her and i didn't see why there had to be so many questions. I personally don't have all the time in the world to have chats as most South Aricans. I had a problem and wanted to check what it was which was never done as Lerato hung up on me. How can a company who you are paying for a service have consultants screaming at their clients and at the same time not even listen to what their clients have to say. The nature of my new job is confidential and I don't want MTN to know what I am currently doing, you have no right to ask me questions I am not comfortable answering. She down right refused to help me. I am stunned though as this is the first time in my life I am blatantly disrespected by such an immature worker.
