Fault ongoing for NINE MONTHS

My previous complaint was "escalated", but *nothing* happened: https:///telkom/complaints/fault-ongoing-for-eight-months-1136913

Oh, except for the fact that my phone and ADSL is no longer intermittent; it's now *completely broken*. No dial tone, nothing.

Telkom, please fix it.
