More problems with phone after "repairs"

Telecommunications

About a month and a half ago I found that when I tried to listen to the music on my 3 month old Nokia Lumia 510, all I could hear was static, so as the phone is under contract from Nashua Mobile, I thought they could help me find the problem. I gave the phone in to the Musgrave branch on a Sunday, and was told that I would be kept up to date on what was happening with the phone. I was also told that if repairs were required, I would be given a quote. And that it takes a minimum of a month to fix. No problem.
3 weeks passed and I didn't hear anything, so I decided to go back in to see what the problem was. The phone apparently had been in and come back from service. I hadn't been informed, if I hadn't gone in I would still be waiting to be notified. Then I was told that the problem was "liquid damage" This is a phone that had never been in the bathroom with me, never fallen in liquids or had liquids spilled on it.
I found that when they returned the phone to me it had additional problems.
The service i got from Nashua Mobile was horrible, they didn't bother to contact me that the phone was available for me to collect and they damaged my phone further.
