I want my airtime

I bought R12 R12 R5 airtime and received smses that confirm for each of the amounts of airtime I purchased I received 50% Mahala airtime. When I checked my balance it was only R27.81 instead of R46.00 (R29.00 I bought R17.00 Mahala) I do not care about the Mahala airtime, because I wanted to purchase internet bundles which I could not buy because I have "insufficient funds" I called the call center there was no consultant as always.
