No Communication

I needed to get my phone repair. I contacted the MTN Insurance to lodge my claim, it took them 3 weeks to get back to me. My phone was then collected and a replacement phone handed to me, the replacement phone is rubbish and was not in the great condition. My phone has now been in for repairs for 2 months now and I have still not had any response as to what is happening with my phone. I have been unable to get through to the call centre as the line is constantly down an we I do make it through it take over 30 minutes before some answers the call, and once you have had your discussion with the operator they say they will contact you back and never do. I would really like to have this address.
