For the love of, you just don't get it! I know all about your policy. This is not the issue! The issue is you didn't inform me about this policy or procedure BEFORE I did the port which resulted in me loosing R250 airtime. YOUR NEGLIGENCE COST ME R250

Pull the call I made to 1555, there is no mention of I'm going to lose my money, nor did your incompetent staff at the MTN shop inform me. (Please do ask why I call them incompetent)

In fact the last person that called me agreed that MTN was in the wrong for not informing me prior to doing the port. Yet you send me another email claiming policy.

I request the call I made to 1555 and the call of the person that I spoke to last.
