Must be the service you provide cause im not getting anything else from you!!!

WOW, Its now been 5 weeks since if laid a complaint on Hellopeter. I'm starting to regret porting from Vodacom over to Mtn. This is how MTN thanks me for starting to support them. The moment I have a problem they ignore me.

All I get is snotty replies and still no one calls me. Changing over to MTN has LOST me R250 and all I got for that is F>>>n nothing and snotty replies.

I think I should rather go back to Vodacom.

MTN charges for delivery report on per second billing (not mentioned in their policy)

MTN sms's expire after 30days (I bought that, who gives you the right to reclaim it)

MTN feels it's ok to tell the customer after a port is done that he will lose all his money and informing him properly before the time is not necessary!
