How long does mtn take to resolve my problem. Week's has turned to months? WHERE IS THE SERVICE???

You got someone to call me, they agreed that it was wrong for MTN not to have advised me correctly before I do the port. So why the are you not fixing your mistake???

I ported from Vodacom to MTN, the airtime (R250) I lost due to your poor service was on my vodacom sim. How hard is it to understand this? first you sell me a normal sim when I ask for a micro sim, then you sell me one that's not working and bingo, I lose my airtime cause you neglected to inform me about porting procedures. Seriously!! How long does it take to investigate???

Clearly I mean nothing to mtn as a customer cause you are not helping me. Seems like MTN only gives service to the high paying customers!

Do I have to wait 3 months before this gets resolved?
