Sick of dropped & intercepted calls & bad service!

Since I renewed my contract with Cell C via Autopage cellular in March 2013, I have had nothing but problems! The issue is with CELL C not Autopage.
The problems are: Dropped calls continuously - resulting in me having to call back over and over and over and my bill being ridiculously high, because of this.
When people call me, the phone rings, but the caller gets someone else answering the phone and on my side it goes dead, this happens OFTEN.
I have changed handsets.
I have had one handset in for repair which took well over 6weeks, I was given a refurbished phone and no change. Last week I got a sim swop and no change.
I logged a complaint on cellc website, someone called me back and got cut off
I get NO joy from Cell C, I have spoken to lots of people who have actually changed providers for these exact reasons, yet Cell C deny any accountability.
I want to cancel my contract IMMEDIATELY as I do not see why I should pay for a "service" that is both sub standard and pathetic. I will NOT buy myself out of this contract either, as if I was getting what was promised then I would have no problem. I would say Cell C are in breach of contract, thus rendering it null and void.
