BAD COVERAGE: NO RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT

I entered into an iphone contract with Cell C on the 15th July 2013. I immediately experienced coverage problems at my home address in Rossmore, Jhb: (a) Calls dropped (b) Calls fail (c) Calls not coming through (d) One of parties in phone conversation not hearing the other one. I reported this problem immediately and filled in a form at Campus Square Cell C as required. Reference no: SD131058. I also contacted their cancellations dept: I WANT OUT OF THIS CONTRACT. I AM DEPENDENT ON MY CELLPHONE AND CANNOT FUNCTION IN MY PROFESSION WITHOUT IT. As far as I am concerned, Cell C is in breach of contract--while, of course, taking my money every month, and seemingly making it as difficult as possible for customers to report faults and to opt out of the contract when the problems are not solved. PLEASE CELL C, I HAVE A PROBLEM; I AM LOSING MONEY. I NEED TO GET THIS CONTRACT CANCELLED. THANK YOU!!!
