Bad call quality, calls cutting off, no signal

I have been with Cell c for over ten years through autopage cellular. for the last year I have been constantly struggling with call quality and my calls being cut off for no reason. The bad call quality happens across the country as we have a long distance transport company and I have to travel a lot and make use of my cell phone every day. I have to call people sometimes 3-4 times to try and have one conversation as they cannot hear what i am saying even when i have full signal, and in the end they have to call me on another or someone else's phone on another network and then the quality is perfect. this is detrimental to the business and it is suffering because of this. I have since purchased a brand new iphone, which I got a new simcard through cellc and the problem still persisted, if not got worse. I logged 4 calls with autopage to contact cell c but no luck or feedback what so ever. They said that it could be the towers nearby and they will have to "put in a booster". I spend between R2000-R3000 on my contract per month I will be ending my long overdue loyalty to cell c and go with another service provider as soon as my contract ends.
