Threatening to list me to credit beraeu

Telecommunications

I have had problems with my MTN contract for the past 8 months, I have contacted MTN since I started having overcharging problems. I stopped the debit order facility in June and send me a copy of the action i took due to the fact that they were overcharging me. So I decided not to pay MTN until the issue has been resolved, in which they disconnected my number. Today I received a letter with the following contents;
If you do not pay the outstanding amount within 10 business days from date of this letter, MTN SP is entitled to take the following steps:
1. Cancel the subscriber agreement
2. Claim all cancellation charges/early termination charges from you for the early cancellation of the subscriber agreement
3. Take the necessary legal steps to recover the outstanding amount from you.

In view light of the statements made above, its clear to me that MTN SP has the power to abuse its power and breach the contract but yet for them is business as usual, on the other hand a customer defaults to pay they quick to raise the actions. They can go right ahead with all the statements, I will not be intimidated.
