Cell C illegally ported my numbe

I started a contract with Cell C Sunday 1 Sept and was told my phone and sim will be delivered within 7 days, and thereafter my number will be ported. 5 days later my order is not validated yet, but yesterday Cell C started porting my number, so from today I will not be able to make phone calls. I have called and emailed numerous times since yesterday to stop the porting, but no-one at Cell C can help me. I asked to be called back by someone that can help me, but no-one will do that. Last night I asked to be called back by Charlotte Ndlela and was told I will be, but never received a call.
