Telkom line move to new address

Hi,
A few weeks ago I asked that my line be moved from pretoria to Jeffreys Bay and received an SMS that this will be done and a installation date will be booked. I have called customer support and they said they will escalate the problem but nothing has gaped as of yet, this is totally unacceptable.
