AS PER MY PREV COMPLAINT REGARDING MY BLACKBERRY9320, FIRSTLY WHEN I LEFT IT AT SANDTON ASSESS AND FIX I HAD TO CALL THE LADY AFTER A FEW DAYS SHE NEVER CALLED ME, WHEN I CALLED SHE TOLD ME THAT I CVOULD COME AND FETCH THE PHONE BECAUSE ITS FIXED, WHEN I WENT TO FETCH THE PHONE I WAS TOLD IT CANT BE REPAIRED, WHY DID SHE TELL ME ITS BEING FIXED VERY DISGUSTING, SECONDLY WHEN I BOUGH TTHE PHONE NO ONE TOLD ME THAT IT DOESNT COVER LIQUID DAMAGE, IT IS STILL UNDER 2 YEARS WARRANTY, THIS CANNOT BE HANDLED THIS WAY I PAYED FOR THE PHONE A HIGH AMOUNT YOU CANNOT JUST COME BACK AND SAY IT CANT BE REAPAIRED OR I MUST FIX IT I DO NOT EXPECT THIS.YOU WILL HAVE TO REPLACE THE PHONE AS NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE UNTIL TODAY I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER HIGHER IF YOU DONT KINDLY REPLACE THE PHONE...
