I am from Gauteng and my phone decided it wont work in Durban. Went in to purchase a specific Cell phone from MTN Coastlands Gatemax, Umhlanga. Justine Rajana helped us.requested the cell in catalogue, Not in stock, tried every MTN store in the area. No Luck. Showed us various phones and explained the similarity and cost. Extremely professional in her approach. Despite it was time for her to go on lunch, never hurried us. if this is not going the extra mile then i do not know especially in this era where we are so full of our self and others are always waisting time.
