I had an issue with my blackberry and as it was still under warranty, I took it the morning side branch for repairs. After 3 weeks I got a call from an extremely rude lady at the branch saying that I must just fetch my phone. I asked if it repaired and she said no, that it is irreparable and whatever is wrong is not covered by the warranty. Someone say convenient!! I called the repairs dep to be told that it is liquid damage..not sure how that happened as I don't shower with my phone. I would a report proving liquid damage, I just find it very strange that MTN took the easy way out irreparable and liquid damage, so now i am paying for a phone that I don't have!!
On Monday I went to fetch my phone (that cannot be repaired) only to be greeted by another rude employee who told me that as I can see no one is working become their systems are down and they not sure it will be back up. So I asked him to please give me my phone and he can update the system later... and he said that they can't to anything without their system..figures becoz initiative is not something required to work for MTN it appears. i don't want to even argue over the lack service..never gonna win can I just my report
