False advertisement and insurance not cancelled

I took out a new contract, above my existing contract with Nashua. this phone was on special. No where was I informed there would be a Sim connection fee. I went as far as checking the advertisement and it was not mentioned. such information should be disclosed. Further more I cancelled my insurance, as I was later informed that I will not be covered if anything happens to the phone, since I will be using my own Sim card. To my surprise it is included in my statement, after I was informed that it will debit only once than be cancelled. Seems like the person who did the contract was in such a rush to close the deal and did not inform me of important facts that i had enquired about.
