Get it steals my money

My get it was activated without me being ask to activate it. Yes i know get it is not cell c, i dont care, its been done on my cell c bill. After figuring out when it was done for the second time, a date was given. It was very funny that that specific date i was overseas witout roaming, so how on earth can i activate it? after numerous phone calls and annoying messages it got cancelled, but now i want to know why havent that money been credited to my account, yes its only R34 pm but calculate that with a few months, I want my money back, i didnt even know how to use this service!
