TELKOM in Kroonstad does not delive

For the past TWO weeks, Telkom ADSL lines are down during working hours TWICE a week. Always on a Monday and a Friday. Same excuse every time - lines got! Businesses are losing money. What is the problem? No joy from call centres - they just take down fault report. We cannot carry on like this in Kroonstad.
