No Delivery

On the20130822 I was contacted by a sales person in your company Sam Maluke to take up a contract with CellC. I was very interested in the offer that he made me to get a cellphone contract with you guys. I in turn submitted all required documents to finalise the contract. It now been 7 working days and there has been no delivery of the phone. I have been sending follow up emails to Sam Maluke and he has seen not responded to my emails with regard to get feedback on when delivery will take place.
