POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF FEEDBACK

I placed an order with your sales call-centre for a data contract (micro-SIM card) for my iPAD on 12/01/2013. I was advised that I would receive my order within 7 working days from the date I placed my order. Due to your lack of communication and feedback with customers, I have been forced to place several calls and emails to follow up on the status of my order. I have either been cut off after holding on the line for 30 minutes or I cannot speak to anybody who can satisfactorily assist me with my query. My emails still unanswered. I eventually spoke with a consultant on 16 Jan and she informed me that the "3 - 7 working days" only applies once the order was placed internally within Cell C. I understand that my request is still in the approval process and the "3 - 7 working days for delivery" has not even kicked in as yet. This was NOT communicated to me when I placed the order on the 12/01/2013. I asked to speak with a Manager to escalate this matter to which I was advised nobody was available. I was told that one would contact me shortly. I am still waiting! If this is the service that I am experiencing already, I am really concerned about entering a 2 year contract with u
