New client getting NO service

I phoned on Wednesday 20 November to take out a new cellphone contract. I submitted all the supporting documents required at 12:36 on that same day. Acceptance was confirmed and I was told delivery of my new phone takes 7 working days (which ends tomorrow lunch time). I was also told this is normally less, their SLA is however 7 working days.

I phoned today to ensure that delivery will in fact happen tomorrow as I am leaving for Brazil on Sunday, only to find out the verification department is still waiting for my documents. Nothing has been loaded on the system!!

I asked to speak to a manager and was told they are only in after 11:00.

I am really not happy with the level of service you have provided. When will my phone be delivered?
