On the 27th of August I wrote here about vodacom debiting my account, the following day received a call from Customer Services Manager if not mistaken and she told me that they are investigating my matter, on thursday last week 30th she called and left message to find out if cancellations department have contacted me which they didnt until today as its the 04th September.

What really one has to do to get service from this company?

I want my refund for the 3 months deduction please! my contract ended in April
