Cell C
AFTER 3 YEARS GET CONTACTED FOR PAYMENT

I had a cell c account in 2010, as far as i knew the account was paid up as i called cell c and was told the account was paid in full. In july 2013 i was contacted by some debt collector telling me i need to make payment on the account and again today, September! when i asked why did it take someone so many years to contact me i was told they dont know. to me this is ridiculous and the attitude of the people that call is pathetic!!! no one can help me with sending me proof of this or statement of anything. I WILL NOT PAY THIS ACCOUNT IF I AM NOT ASSISTED. in July apparently the balance -R3000 and today its over R5000. how is that even possible??? im not going to take responsibility for cell c not letting me know about this account and for the rude staff giving me wrong information. i will go to the news papers and make it known of this pathetic service. i cannot believe it!!!
