I had an account with Cell C 2 years ago which account was fully paid up, firstly they said i did not pay my account in the month of September 2011 which they asked me to send proof of payment and the account was cleared, went into the canal walk branch they told me no I longer have an account with them and i have a 0.0 balance on the 2013-06-25 i recieve an sms from a debit collecting agency informing me that my account has been handed over, i have never recived any letters from Cell C informing me that i owe them any money - as they do have my postal address on there data base - beacsue i will not accept the fact that i willbe jsut handed over to a debt collecting agency without any communication from them - i have recived the most terrible service with cell c i was glad that my contract was over with them
