HTC One promised to arrive for weeks

I've been contacting Vodacom branches for weeks regarding my order of the HTC One. Every time I visit, I'm promised that the handset will arrive "in a day or two", but that time comes and passes again and again, and each time I'm told to wait "a few more days".

I was told last Friday that the handsets would probably arrive today (Tuesday), but when I phoned I was informed that they hadn't arrived and I should call again next Friday. This has happened too many times.

Had I known I would be strung along for nearly a month so far, I would have gone with another service provider. I find it ridiculous that you can offer a device, display a demo model, allow me to fill out all the paperwork and then make me wait weeks whilst nobody at your branches has any idea how many more weeks I'll have to wait.
