Congestion

Almost everyday during the coarse of the day i cannot receive or call or get messages even though my phone is on. the error comes "nort registered on network" i have to switch my phone off and then on again then it usually comes back. i called cell c and explained this to them and they said it was a common problem because they have congestion on the network, which is they cannot handel the volume of people on the network so the system shuts people out. cellc says the are rectifying the problem but it wont be soon. what i am sying is why does cell c advertise for new customers when clearly they cannot even look after the customers they have. even though cell c may be cheaper i will find it very hard to renew my contract with them.
