Lying call center!

Well here I am again. after my about 5th complaint

Busisiwe finally called me and since I had a brick for a phone that cannot receive calls since there is NO network (this is still the case, if I am not on wifi my phone may as well be thrown away it has so little signal).

The solution was one I could live with, I would instead of 399 a month pay 99 a month for 3 months and then we could see what is happening with networks. well first month was fine. second month! got charged 399 again!! You lying you cannot keep your word even on what your going to do to help me out with your network! Is this not a breach of contract, I bought the dam contract from you on the assumption has you advertise that I would have a phone! Not a paperweight that can look pretty!

Now watch 7 different people call me with no idea what I actually said here.. since I know they dont read these messages. if they get hold of me, last time I would find ten messages randomly saying I had missed calls... that is how it goes everyday... wait! I don't have a brick! I have a pager!
