Too incompetant to terminate my subscription

I tried to terminate my 24 month subscription early as I cannot get a signal in 75% of the areas I frequent. VMSA were unable to do that. I then asked for it to be terminated on the completion date 03/09/2013, which it seems they are unable to do either as my phone still works.
Can they please terminate my contract. I will not be billed for anything past the 03/09/13
