On the 19th of August 2013 the last communication was received from Vodacom via Helo Peter. On the 21st of August 2013 I was informed via email that my credit has been loaded and the money should reflect within the next 14 working days (weekdays only)?? Today is the 4th of September 2013 15th working day (Saturdays included) and 17 x days after the last feedback. and still NO PAYMENT received, I would like to know when Vodacom will be paying back my money.
