So much for free MTN to MTN mins and poor 3g

MTN keep on deducting MTN to MTN calls from my Airtime. I did report this to them before but it keeps on happening, I also reported poor 3g reception at my residential address but they also did not fix this. Please get somebody competent to deal with my problems.
