Vodacom
Poor reception at work

I have logged calls previously for poorno reception at my work. In the office I have no reception. If I go outside the office I have poorintermittent reception. My colleagues that is with MTN has no reception problems the have full strength full bars.
I know that some of my colleagues have moved over to MTN. This is my only problem with Vodacom, but it is a BIG problem. I have to forward my tel nr to an alternate number which leaves my with no airtime very quickly.

Please assist.

PS. I have no reception at work so it is no use phoning me during work hours - yes it has happened. I have given an alternate number on previous occasions with no result.
