Kept on hold for more than 15min called x6 times

I think the call centre service is really poor, I've called 6 times this morning and held on for 15min at a time no answer but those prerecorded messages. Called 0821958 to cancel my expired contract. This is unacceptable. Also its not the first time I am unhappy with the service.
