I am very unhappy with the service received from vodacom customer care on 082114. i called to raom my contract nr and i wanted to roam my pre paid nr as well but I was told that o need to call the pre paid customer service line as they cannot help me. Needless to say I already held on the line for close to 15min and i had to make another call to another nr and hold on again. what happened to first call resolution at vodacom? we are working class people and do not have the luxury of being on our cell phones for 30min at a time holding to get assistance from vodacom call centres. this is very bad and disgusting service. i am due for updrage next month on my 2nd contract with vodacom. but i will definitely not put my self through this again. there are other network's out there who value customer service and who give good experience.
