Bad attitude and no delivery of goods

On 1 July 2013 I upgraded my MTN contract. My package had a 32 inchTV. Mr Modise Mofokeng who was my consultant told me that the TV will be delivered to my house and didn't tell me when. After a week it was not delivered and I went to ask about its whereabouts. He told me that it will be delivered within 3 weeks and I may only come back after three weeks. 3 weeks passed and there was nothing. I went to the shop on the 4th week and they didn't know why as they never enquired but promised to call me. They never called until I went again on the following week. He then told the consultant who was assisting me in a very rude and unapologetic way that there was no stock. I got very upset and told them to cancel my contract as I have already bought a TV. They told me to pay R1999 as cancellation fee. I told them I do not have and opted that they change my package. On 16 Aug 2013 they told me that they are resolving my TV issue. Today is the 04 of Sept, I never heard from them even though I am paying full instalment. I am so disappointed and regret having upgraded in that store. It took me an hour to be attended to when upgrading and now after two months I haven't received my TV.
