Poor Service

Received a package from leisure books on monday morn, told the driver who called me to say he was at my house, i was not at home, then i was called last week tuesday, they told me the package would be delivered to my work on friday, no package on friday, then they told me monday before 4pm, still no package, when i called the call centre after holding for almost 10mins i was told that the package was not even scheduled to be delivered yesterday, so i told the lady it is un acceptable. The driver pitched up at my house after 8pm last night. Also had to spend my airtime on instructing the driver who could barely understand me to get to my house. Which means it cost me more in airtime than it would have cost me in getting the package via post net who wouldve had the package to me last week already, which i can prove as the other item i ordered at the same time from leisure books to be delivered to post net; was delivered there last week friday. I am highly aggrevated by this, not only was it bad service they could not even pronounce or spell the names correctly. 2 out of the 3 people i spoke to was rude, thats excluding the drivers. Definately not recommending Fedex to anyone soon
