Bad blackberry service

Its very sad to read all these bad reports about Mtn. I also have a big problem Mtn Blackberry service.can't hardly logg on the internet, always getting the error message: communication error or network busy when you phone the call centre they give you lots of reasons but what Mtn saying is to get rid of the black berry and get a other phone. Mtn your service is real bad!!!
